Everything started in Geneva IL. where Oscar Swan, a Chicago Banker, had his residence since 1902.

He owned the estate until the 1950's, when he sold the house and acreage to Mr. Harding,

a Cattle Insurer. Both were well known throughout the country.

In the early 1980's Hans and Nina Heymann, bought the Geneva estate and converted it into
a Bed&Breakfast - Country Inn which we still maintain as a historical site.

In the late 1990's, we bought the beautiful site of Mr. and Mrs. Tyson, near the top
of Jo Daviess County, and converted it also into a Bed and Breakfast - Country Inn.

This newly renovated Country Inn, located on 30 acres, is surrounded by rolling hills in a rural setting.

The Inn has many patios to enjoy the outdoors and a fire pit, while offering modern conveniences with walk-in showers and whirlpool tubs.

The house features a wood burning fireplace, a full kitchen, beautiful patios and gardens, all to relax and to enjoy

the panoramic views. Feel free to build a fire in the fire pit, use the barbeque grill, or roam the country side.

The Oscar Swan is ideal for family reunions, anniversaries, intimate gatherings, romantic getaways and

beautiful Country Weddings.

The Inn sleeps 8 people and the Coach House sleeps an additional 4,

all in luxury and comfort.
